1. About MaruTally
MaruTally is operated by GROSURE ECOMM SOLUTIONS LLP, a limited liability partnership based in Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. These terms cover the portals, subscriptions, licences and related services purchased or used through support.marutally.com. Our main website is marutally.com.
For support or questions about these terms, email supportmarutally@gmail.com.
2. Business use and accounts
Our services are intended for business customers. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for the business using the service. Provide accurate account and billing details, keep your login information secure, and use only data and connected systems you are authorised to access. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised account use.
Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, bypass security or licence restrictions, or access another customer's information.
3. Purchases and payments
The product description and confirmed order specify your purchased features, subscription period, price and applicable taxes. Review these details before paying.
Payments are processed through Razorpay and the relevant payment providers. An online order is activated after payment verification and confirmation. Offline payments may be recorded by authorised staff after receipt is verified. Any access on credit requires separate approval and does not mean payment has been received. We do not accept cheques. If you are charged but your order is not activated, contact us with the payment and order reference before paying again. Never send passwords, OTPs, CVVs or full card details to support.
4. Subscriptions and renewal
Paid features are available for the subscription period confirmed in your order. Renewals, upgrades and other changes follow the details shown for the relevant purchase. Current purchases do not authorise automatic recurring charges. Any future auto-renewal arrangement will require separate authorisation and clear billing and cancellation details.
Paid features may stop or become restricted after expiry. Limited access may remain available for renewal, billing or support, but no fixed post-expiry access period is promised. Subscription expiry does not automatically delete account records. Keep your own copies of business records and outputs you need.
5. Refunds and cancellation
Once a subscription is activated, we do not offer change-of-mind cancellations, refunds or prorated refunds for unused subscription time.
This does not exclude remedies required by applicable law or prevent correction of duplicate or erroneous charges, or resolution of a paid order that is not supplied as agreed. Report such issues to supportmarutally@gmail.com with your order reference. Where a refund is due, we will confirm the amount and processing arrangements; payment-provider or bank posting times may vary.
The Refund and Cancellation Policy provides the same rules and explains how to report payment problems. Digital activation is explained in our Delivery Policy.
6. Your data and requested processing
You retain ownership of your data. Your accounting/Tally data ordinarily stays on your own systems. When you select data for a requested processing task, you authorise MaruTally to process it and return the result for that task.
Submit only data you are legally authorised to use. Any storage or retention needed for a particular task should be agreed with us before submission. Returning a result does not necessarily mean that every temporary file, log or backup is immediately deleted. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Review outputs before relying on them and maintain your own source records and backups. Our software does not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
7. Software and third-party services
MaruTally and its licensors retain rights in our software, branding and documentation. Your purchase permits use within the plan and subscription limits; it does not transfer ownership of the software or permit unauthorised resale.
Third-party products, including Tally, remain the property of their respective owners. You must hold any required third-party licences. Connected payment, messaging and other services may have their own terms and availability limits.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide reliable services and reasonable support. Maintenance, connectivity issues and third-party failures can cause interruptions. No specific uptime or support response time is guaranteed unless agreed separately.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach, payment issues or a security risk. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and allow an opportunity to resolve it.
Each party remains responsible for its obligations under applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability, warranty or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes, complaints and applicable law
Material changes to these terms will be communicated appropriately and apply prospectively. They do not retrospectively remove rights under a confirmed order or authorise recurring charges.
Send complaints to supportmarutally@gmail.com. These terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to courts of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, except where applicable mandatory law requires otherwise. Any non-excludable local rights remain unaffected.
