1. Digital services
MaruTally provides digital portals, software licences, subscriptions and related business services. Standard portal purchases do not involve delivery of a physical parcel.
2. Activation
Online orders are activated after payment is verified and the order is confirmed. Your account and billing records show the purchased product and subscription period. Access may also require the account, business profile, licence or integration setup described for the product.
Offline payments are recorded by authorised staff after receipt is verified. Credit access is available only when separately approved. A payment-pending entry alone does not grant new paid access.
3. Setup and requested services
For a service requiring setup or customer-selected data, delivery depends on the product description and any requirements or timing agreed with you. Provide the necessary information and authorisations. We do not promise instant delivery for every service or a universal setup deadline.
4. Activation problems
If payment has been taken but the product is not available, email supportmarutally@gmail.com with the order reference. Please contact us before paying again. We will investigate the payment and activation status.
